What is the Bear Crawl Workout?

How to Perform the Bear Crawl Workout
To perform the Bear Crawl workout:
- Start kneeling on the ground with your hands in front of you. Your elbows should be bent at 90 degrees with your palms facing each other.
- Bring one hand over the top of your head. Rotate your torso so that you’re looking down at your left elbow now instead of straight ahead of you.
- Keep pushing yourself up from the ground by rotating into a push-up position on your right arm while keeping contact with your left elbow. Keep both palms facing forward as well as arms parallel to each other so that they remain close together throughout the movement.
- Inhale deeply as you lower yourself back down into a push-up position on one arm, again contacting both
