What is the Bear Crawl Workout?
The Bear Crawl workout is a fun, effective way to get in shape. It’s a great way to get your heart rate up while also improving muscle strength, stamina, and endurance. The Bear Crawl involves crawling on all fours with your elbows and knees touching the ground. This exercise includes various movements such as running, jumping, lunging, and squatting.
The Bear Crawl works by using power from the abdominal muscles which allow for more oxygenated blood flow to the brain and muscles – in turn leading to better brain function, increased metabolism, improved digestion, better posture, and reduced risk of injury.
